Terms of service

About these terms

Gallerias is operated by Digital Portal International. These terms explain the use of our website and services. You can contact our concierge at concierge@galleriasco.com.

Our collection

Gallerias connects customers with international brands through our partners. Item descriptions, size information and images help you make your selection. Colours can look different depending on your screen. Please contact us if you need clarification about a particular item.

Prices and availability

Original prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars. Amounts marked Approximately are currency estimates for guidance. Availability may change, and browsing or enquiring about an item does not reserve stock. Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout and included in the order total.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt to access another person's information, interfere with the website, or misuse our forms. Brand names and designs belong to their respective owners.

Assistance and your rights

Contact our concierge for help with an item, delivery or return. Our Privacy, Shipping and Returns & refunds policies provide further information. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply under consumer-protection law.
